I’m currently playing a Khaijt who is a theif but hasn’t joined the theifs guild. I want to make some money fast so I can buy the house in solitude, and get my smithing to 100. (I do plan on joining the theifs guild soon.) Any tips?

Also when you sell stuff your speech increase, and then the people give more money for your stuff.
